# AU Logistics

AU Logistics is the registered business name of Nuestra Development Pty Ltd (ABN 63 129 439 738). It is a Brisbane-based independent project-logistics adviser and coordinator working across Australia and international lanes.

## Positioning
AU Logistics does not own a warehouse, fleet, vessel or aircraft. That asset-light model allows it to write provider-neutral movement specifications, compare qualified providers against the same scope and recommend the best-fit operational and commercial solution without an asset-utilisation incentive.

## Selected decision work
- Project cargo: one movement specification joined route, site, staging, lift and hand-off responsibilities before mobilisation.
- Dangerous goods and landed cost: a New Zealand supply assessment separated international freight from provider minimums and unit-fulfilment economics so the dominant cost driver was visible.
- Operations digital twin: baseline and alternative layouts exposed queues, bottlenecks, resource constraints and evidence gaps before capital or service commitments.

AU Logistics is not a licensed customs broker. Customs declarations are undertaken by licensed customs brokers where required. Digital-twin outputs are decision support and do not replace engineering, safety, legal or regulatory advice.
