How AU Logistics handles personal information provided through this website and our service enquiries.

AU Logistics is operated by Nuestra Development Pty Ltd (ABN 63 129 439 738) under the registered business name Aus Wholesale Logistics.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, company and project information, correspondence, meeting details, call messages and technical website information needed to respond, provide services, secure the site and improve performance.
How we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange meetings, prepare or deliver agreed work, manage providers, maintain records, protect our systems and meet legal obligations. We do not add enquiry contacts to marketing lists without a separate choice.
Service providers
We may use vetted hosting, email, booking, analytics, communications and specialist logistics providers. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and may process it in Australia or other countries.
AI and automation
Automation may help route messages, structure supplied information and prepare internal or customer-facing work. Material service outputs remain subject to the review and scope stated for the engagement. Do not submit highly sensitive information until a secure project channel is agreed.
Access and correction
You may request access to or correction of personal information by emailing info@aulogistics.au. We retain information only as long as reasonably required for service, legal, security and recordkeeping purposes.
Complaints
Send privacy concerns to info@aulogistics.au. We will investigate and respond. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where applicable.
Optional website analytics
With your permission we collect first-party page and action events, a temporary tab-session identifier, device category and broad referral category. Analytics does not contain contact-form values, chat text, raw IP addresses or URL query strings. Event records are retained for up to 90 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Declining analytics does not prevent enquiries or purchases. Essential server and application records are handled separately.
