Website content is general information. It is not a binding quote, service commitment, customs advice, engineering opinion or assurance that a provider, route, approval or service is available for a particular movement.
Service scope
A service is agreed only in a written quotation, agreement or accepted instruction. That document controls the cargo, parties, responsibilities, timing, price, limitations and applicable terms.
Independent and third-party services
AU Logistics operates as a provider-neutral adviser and coordinator, not as a carrier, freight forwarder as principal, warehouse operator, bailee or asset owner. Clients may contract directly with selected providers. Where a client prefers and a written scope is agreed, Nuestra Development Pty Ltd trading as AU Logistics can contract to manage an end-to-end project-logistics solution and appoint qualified third-party service providers. Third-party availability, performance and charges remain subject to their confirmed terms. Customs declarations and customs clearance, where required, are performed by a licensed third-party customs broker.
Digital twins and decision support
Models depend on supplied data and stated assumptions. They support decisions but do not replace engineering, safety, legal, tax, regulatory or other qualified professional advice. Unavailable evidence and specialist checks should remain explicit.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit unlawful or malicious content, attempt unauthorised access or burden the service with abusive automation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that general content is complete for your circumstances. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
