Where a client prefers and a written scope is agreed, Nuestra Development Pty Ltd trading as AU Logistics can contract to manage an end-to-end project-logistics solution and appoint qualified third-party service providers.
Transformers, mills, presses, modules and cargo that does not fit a standard movement. We define route, access, lifting, handling, site interfaces, provider responsibilities and evidence before execution begins.
We write the scope before the market answers it, build the scoring model, normalise bids and support negotiation. We do not bid and no bidder pays us.
Visual, scenario-based models for facilities, yards, ports, mines and project movements. Compare options, stress assumptions and understand what a date, buffer or layout is really worth.
Classification and documentation support, carrier packs, evidence files and competency mapping for regulated consignments. Required declarations remain with the properly trained and authorised party. Customs declarations and customs clearance, where required, are performed by a licensed third-party customs broker.
